I am so stupid and FAQ isnt' helping, but how do you search for users so I can subscribe? The little search box on the right doesn't like to help me no matter what drop down option I choose and I feel like an idiot.

I'm not sure either...I've been looking at people's profiles to find other users who are linked to them (either granted access or subscribing to), and adding each person as I find them.

If you go to Organize menu and then Manage Circle, at the very bottom of the page you can add people by name.
